Fill this in with the person who will use and review the assistant's work.

01

Choose a task

What repeatable task consumes time? What starts it, and how many times does it happen each week?

02

Set a baseline

How long does it take today? What errors or delays would you like to reduce?

03

Define the rules

Which approved examples, instructions, systems, and data may the assistant use? What must stay out?

04

Name the human owner

Who checks the result? What needs approval or escalation before it reaches a customer or candidate?

05

Test a small sample

Try a limited set of real cases. Record corrections, exceptions, time spent, and user feedback.

06

Decide the next move

Keep, revise, or stop the pilot. Set a date to review quality and decide whether to expand.
